Learning Brokerage
In the fast emerging field of Learning Brokerage Liz Cousins and Martin Yarnit have established significant expertise. Martin Yarnit has written a seminal overview of policy development in brokerage in the community and in the workplace, Understanding Learning Brokerage for LSDA.
They have carried out a number of strategic reviews and evaluations of local and regional programmes in the West Midlands, Nottingham, Swindon and Sheffield. Schools for all: the Future of the Raising Achievement Project (2003), for Southey and Owlerton Area Regeneration SRB Partnership, Sheffield.
For Burngreave NDC, they designed a local brokerage scheme, Entitled to Learn - a Community Learning Campaign for Burngreave, for Burngreave NDC, Sheffield (2002)
