Project Design, Development and Management
We offer:

- Providing short term and interim Project Management solutions
Over the summer and autumn 2008 we assisted Regeneration East Midlands (REM) to develop a new community economic development programme ep2 (Enterprising People, Enterprising Places). Ep2 builds on the pilots run by the New Economics Foundation under the Local Alchemy banner. Our role was to interpret the lessons from the pilots, to develop a new programme for the region, to secure the funding and to project manage the new programme until REM's project manager took over.
For the Nottinghamshire Infrastructure Consortium we provided interim management support. This involved supporting the process of agreeing the Capacity Builder projects and setting the agenda for the next stage of Working Smarter and assisting in the appointment and induction of the new coordinator.
