Examples of our work include:
For Burngreave New Deal for Communities in consultation with the local community and other partners we developed a Community Learning Plan which highlighted the need to improve with basic skills and qualifications and to work with local people to promote learning. This resulted in NDC funding the Burngreave Community Learning Campaign. The Campaign recruits a team of local people who are employed to lead and manage the Campaign. MY and LC undertook the development of the initial project plans and supported the Project team as they started to undertake their roles.
Liz Cousins acted as Interim Project manager for the DfES funded Skilled! Project for ContinYou.. By taking stock of progress against planned targets and negotiating with existing partners and developing new partnerships we were able to support the successful development of the project.
